PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Under our Continuing Services Contract with the City of Crestview, SEAS provided surveying and Civil Engineering Services for the proposed Fire Training Tower located on the parcel identified aS Parcel 18-3N-23-0890-0008-0000 by the Okaloosa County Property Appraiser.
CIVIL ENGINEERING SERVICES: Site Construction Plans including a Site Plan, Grading & Drainage Plan, Details, and Specifications. Submittal of the 10/2 Self-Certification Storm water Permit. Final inspection and certification of completion. Data Deliverables included the following: Signed and sealed sets of Plans, Details, & Specifications will be provided as well as a copy of the electronic drawing file for use by the City (AutoCAD).
SURVEYING SERVICES: Boundary and partial topographic survey of the approximately 6-acre City-owned property to support the Civil Engineering design and permitting of the proposed site. The topographic survey was performed on a 50’ grid with 25’ overlap on adjacent parcels. All visible and marked utilities were also located.
