LEN GORDON, GISP, PSM

Project Manager - Surveying/GIS

Len Gordon is currently serving as a project manager and licensed surveyor at SEAS, where he oversees a diverse range of surveying projects for both private and federal clients. With a wealth of experience spanning various roles within the company, he has cultivated a deep understanding of SEAS's operations. His particular expertise lies in remote sensing, with a focus on Mobile or terrestrial LiDAR projects. In addition to project management, he plays a pivotal role in securing geospatial contracts, leveraging his strong aptitude for relationship building and business development. As a licensed surveyor and mapper in Florida, he brings a high level of professionalism and expertise to his work. Moreover, his certification as a GIS professional (GISP) through GISCI underscores his commitment to excellence in the field.

Originally hailing from Baker, Florida, Len pursued a bachelor's degree in civil engineering from the University of Central Florida in 2011. Despite occasional jests about his rural upbringing, he demonstrated remarkable academic prowess by graduating high school with an AA degree. Introduced to SEAS through familial connections and intrigued by his brother's stint with the company, Len embarked on his journey with SEAS as an intern during his college years. Since joining the company full-time in 2011, he has dedicated himself to its growth and success, contributing significantly to its endeavors over the past 12 years.

Len is happily married to Lydia and is a proud parent to their daughter, Paisley, and son, JW. He finds joy in outdoor pursuits such as hunting and fishing, relishing the opportunity to share these experiences with his children and father. Despite not residing on a farm per se, their household boasts a menagerie of animals, including horses, chickens, and cattle. This rural lifestyle serves as a charming conversation starter and reflects his deep-rooted connection to nature and community.
