As a senior SEAS Geospatial Specialist, Jerry Allen has over twenty five years of experience integrating positional information technology with remote sensors such as LiDAR and digital image capturing devices. Along with his hardware integration skills, he is also responsible for designing custom workflows and best practices to utilize these technologies. He is an expert at developing custom QA/QC and field data collection applications using ESRI’s ArcMap, AutoCad, Microstation, Microsoft Excel, and SQL Server. Additionally, Jerry is experienced in geodatabase design, developing applications using Microsoft Visual Studio .NET, and is fluent in several programming languages, including C#, SQL, Python, and Arcade.

Jerry enjoys all aspects of music production and runs a collaborative youtube channel.  Jerry and his wife Lindsey have 6 children and 3 grandchildren and enjoy spending time together smoking meat, grilling, cooking large meals, and laughing with family and friends.
