OUR PEOPLE

Mr. Loudenbeck is a Professional Surveyor licensed in Tennessee, Mississippi, Kentucky, Arkansas, and Florida. He has over 25 years of experience in the engineering and surveying industry, specializing in the boundary, topographic, construction, and hydrographic surveying fields.

Mr. Loudenbeck was born in Michigan but slowly migrated south until landing in the Memphis, Tennessee area where he has been a resident for 30 years. He graduated from the University of Memphis in 1998 with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering. Jeremy joined the SEAS team in 2019 to help operate the Memphis office, after operating his own surveying firm for 16 years.

Mr. Loudenbeck has been married to his beautiful wife Kimberly, since 1999 and they reside in Germantown, Tennessee with their two children Anna Grace and Caleb. Anna Grace attends Samford University in Birmingham and Caleb attends Memphis University School, graduating in 2028. They are members of Harvest Church, in Germantown, Tennessee.
